General Delivery Terms
Our delivery times apply to products currently in stock. During peak demand periods, we may accept orders with insufficient stock, but rest assured, we’ll promptly notify you and issue a refund in such cases.
For your convenience, deliveries must be signed for by either yourself or a trusted friend/neighbour. Please note that we do not deliver to Armed Forces. We reserve the right not to deliver orders to addresses we consider insecure, such as communal postal addresses. If your order is affected, we’ll notify you promptly.
Delivery Promise
While we strive to deliver your order promptly and adhere to indicated timescales, courier delays beyond our control may occur during peak periods. In such instances, we’ll proactively communicate any issues as soon as we’re aware.
Order Acceptance
Online orders are considered offers of purchase, subject to acceptance and availability. While we make every effort to ensure accurate availability information, stock can sell out quickly. If a garment becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll promptly inform you and issue a refund.
As the customer, it’s your responsibility to ensure that all provided information, including address, personal details, delivery address, and payment method, is correct and accurate.
Missing Parcels
If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date. Timely notification is crucial for us to trace the parcel and process any necessary refund or replacement.
