Shipping
o Once your order has left our warehouse, Aramex delivery can take
up to 14 business days.
o As soon as your order has
left our warehouse, Aramex will send you a shipping notification email/WA message
to keep you in the loop, also with a tracking number so you can track the
progress of your order through the Aramex website.
Taxes & Fees
o Your order will be charged
in United Arab of Emirates Dirhams (AED), but will exclude any GST (Goods and Services Tax), Because customs
policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to
local customs charges.
o Any customs, import duties
and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged
once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the
threshold and customs entry is required, you will be required to pay this to
receive your goods from customs. For more information about your country's
custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
o Our delivery times are an
approximate but Standard delivery takes up to 14 working days of delivery and
applies to ALL countries.
o Orders will usually be
dispatched within 3-4 business days, 7-day allowance should be considered
during our high sales period because of the preparation taking slightly
longer.
o We try to make sure that
our standard order preparation + delivery period will be no more than 14
business days after the date you place your order.
o You will be sent an email
confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. We
will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
o Shipping times may vary
during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We cannot be held
responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters,
severe weather conditions and any Act of God.
Non-Returnable Items
o ✗Any products due to change of mind.
o ✗Tights, scarfs, shawls, head wear, undershirts.
o ✗Products on clearance.
o ✗Products with your perfume, makeup, or deodorant on the merchandise.
o ✗Personalized
items, tailored items.
o ✗Worn, pinned, damaged caused by wear and tear.
o ✗Evening Dresses/ Formal Wear.
