Refund and Exchange Policy
At Emalina Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returns:
· If purchased online, returns must be made via the online returns system with your order number.
· You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
· Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
· For hygiene reasons, swimwear and undershirts are non-returnable.
· Sale items are non-returnable.
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges:
· We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, based on availability.
· If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a gift card or process a return per your preference.
· You can only exchange or refund an item once.
Non-Refundable Items:
· Accessories, Swim-wear, Under-shirts, Pre-orders, Sale items, and Intimates can not be returned or exchanged.
Packaging:
· Please return items with all packaging intact.
· Missing or damaged packaging will incur a 15% penalty of the items purchased cost.

· We are happy to help within one month of your purchase.

Shipping:
· Our delivery times are an approximate but Standard delivery takes up to 5-14 business days of delivery and applies to ALL countries.
· Orders will usually be dispatched within 3-4 business days, 7-day allowance should be considered during our high sales period because of the preparation taking slightly longer.
Customs Fees:
· Customs fees and taxes are customer responsibility.
· If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, you will be required to pay this to receive your goods from customs.

Important Notes
· We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
· Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
· The safety of the goods is your responsibility until it reaches us.
· Ensure you include the Return invoice with your parcel and shall you be required to declare the value of the parcel, kindly mention the same value as it is mentioned on the Return invoice enclosed to the parcel you have received & clearly stating that the package contains ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
· Shall you misplace such invoice, please advise us. You can create a new return request using our easy online returns system. All you need is your order number and email address with which you placed the order, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
